At Hobium Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your yarn or accessories aren't exactly what you expected, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all labels and skein bands remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
